Hello, my name is Dom!
I'm Dominic Cassarino — a 22-year-old marketing enthusiast with a deep passion for creativity. I recently have discovered that I'm not just a marketer, but more of an artist (chessy). You see for my whole life I have labeled myself as one thing but I noticed its caused blockage from pursing other forms of my self-expression and other forms of creating. Its currently August 2025 since this was written and to any one who is considering hiring me or working with me--please know you aren't just hiring another employee but someone who considers themselves a consistent learner. Someone who will challenge themselves every single day and constantly try's to aim for not perfection but the most authentic and real versions. I view marketing as a place for human creativity, a way not just to connect a consumer but for them to live in the world of the product or service. I constantly study marketing not just for a job but how to grow my archive of understanding of who we are. I have worked my ass off for the past 5 years of my life to full understand why we are what we are, and why we buy what we buy and how to incorporate art into the transaction. Marketing is a playground for creativity to allow a consumer not just to buy the product but live within it. Its a interactive art piece that is so overlooked, that transactions and loyalty is beautiful. Look I can promise you if hired I would work to explore any project and idea with 120% energy and effort. When working on a project I am to place myself in the shoes of a consumer and what would integer them, how do they live within this world, and what would make them stop in their tracks and fully experience an ad.
Place them in your world.
And look im still young, I can talk a big game but I AM STILL LEARNING! THATs WHY IM APPLYING TO YOUR JOB! Because truthfully I feel like I can learn so much! I have seen your work and really feel like I can add so much to it! Plus I want to learn from your company! I admire the work and want to know from start to finish the hours put into it and the blood, sweat, and tears!
Consider it Please! Thank you for reading and investing in a young artist!
