Dominic Cassarino — Junior Creative Director / Art Director, focused on fashion marketing.

I'm a multi-disciplinary artist and creative marketer based in Brooklyn, building work that sits at the intersection of storytelling, craft, and brand strategy.

I bring six years of hands-on experience: three years at a marketing agency, three years as Agency Director for a student-run in-house agency during college, and two years embedded with my college's media team, where I built fluency across every medium — photography, video, audio, and design. That range means I don't just direct creative, I can execute it, end to end.

I moved to New York City in May 2026 with a clear goal: to become an Executive Creative Director in fashion. I'm early in that climb, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise!  What I bring instead is speed, hunger, and a track record of learning fast under pressure. Growing up in a small Connecticut farm town and landing in

New York City has sharpened that instinct further: adapt quickly, work harder than the room, and let the work speak.

Outside of client work, I'm constantly building,  through reading, photography, videography, and journaling because the discipline of making things is what keeps the creative instincts sharp for everything else.

​

I lead when leadership is needed, and I collaborate without ego when it isn't. Either way, I show up ready to make the work better.
